Just over seven months ago [Date published May 2022], Georgia’s dreams of opening a high end Japanese restaurant in the heart of Chelsea were realised. After discovering the site, Georgia decided she needed the finance to support her dreams and she fortunately came across an advert by Portman Asset Finance.

Georgia was instantly assigned an Account Manager who was able to secure her the finance she needed for all the catering equipment to fixtures and fittings.

With the support from Portman, Georgia opened this stunning restaurant in Chelsea, London and has since received a considerable amount of success, receiving glowing reviews about the food, beautiful location in Chelsea and her hard working team.
